- My artworks are VAT free. Shipping costs are at your expense, as well as any local taxes (for extra Italy shipments).
- If you don’t like my artwork, you can return it at your expense. It must be returned in perfect conditions. I will refund the price of the painting once its integrity has been verified.
- Commissioned artworks must be approved by you before printing and can not be returned.
- My paintings are packed in the best way. If the package arrives damaged, it is important that you do not accept it and immediately report the problem to me: I will refund you or remake the shipment. In case of loss, I will remake the shipment.
- Payment methods: Paypal, wire transfer, Postepay card, credit card (Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and China Union Pay).
